And the new faces at Sale Sharks gets the video treatment from myself, Sam, Sammy and Aston. 

Was great to get back to Carrington after the off season. Everyone is looking good, fit and healthy and eager to get the season off to a brilliant start!

This evening I will be at Blueprint Studios in Salford again for more filming with The Slow Show.

Yeah it's sunny outside, but personally I would rather be there, inside Blueprint, listening to them, then anywhere else :) Just have a listen/ watch of their video "God Only Knows".

And I am also very excited for next week for the Sale Sharks to start their preseason training at Carrington next week. Keep your eyes pealed for interviews with the new signings joining the team!
